How to get help with Molar — email, dashboard status, and what to include in a support request.

Get help

  • Email: support@molar.it — bugs, account questions, quota increases.
  • Dashboard: in-app status and the service health footer at app.molar.it.
  • Status: if something looks down, the dashboard shows a degradation banner while a dependency is unreachable; most issues are transient — retry.

Before you write in

Include, where relevant:

  • Your organization name and the run id (visible on the run / trace page).
  • The error code and message you received — see Error codes.
  • For a flaky test: a link to the Trace (Guard auto-pins failed runs).

Common questions

Do I need an Anthropic / OpenAI key? No. Molar runs on hosted models out of the box. You can optionally BYOK.

A scenario is blocking my PR — how do I unblock? The molar/guard check reflects a real failure. Fix the regression (or open a Mender fix PR) and the check flips to success. See Guard.

How do I export or delete my data? Settings → Organization → Data & privacy — export a JSON of your org's data (secrets excluded), or delete the organization.
